Minimum System Requirements

Supported Microsoft Windows Operating Systems

Zinform Accounts can operate on Windows 10 or Windows Server 2019 or later operating systems.

  • Minimum: Windows 10
  • Recommended: Windows 11
  • Minimum: Windows Server 2019
  • Recommended: Windows Server 2019

Zinform Accounts might run under older versions of Windows, but they are not supported or recommended by Exodesk.

These recommendations are based upon Microsoft's Windows product lifecycles. Please note that we do not support Windows versions where Microsoft has deemed them end of life.

Microsoft .NET 9

  • Zinform Accounts 6.x.x requires that the latest .net 9 runtime is installed.

Microsoft WebView2 Runtime

Zinform Accounts version 6.0.+ a requires the Microsoft WebView2 Runtime to be correctly installed on your computer. Click here for installer page. We recommend that you install the Evergreen Standalone Installer.

Note, the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is automatically installed with Windows 11 and from June 2022 onwards with Windows 10.

Memory (RAM)

  • Minimum: 8GB RAM.
  • Recommended: 16GB RAM or more on 64-bit operating systems.

Display Resolution

  • Minimum: 1920 x 1080 or higher

Network

Zinform Accounts should be run over a 1GB network if not running on a single PC / RDP Server due to data requirements.

Microsoft SQL Server

The Zinform Accounts 6 requires Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and higher database software.

  • Required: SQL Server 2019 or 2022 (Express or Better).
